Four Acres is a beautiful five bedroom cottage about a mile from Dumpledale, within walking distance of the side of the estuary and access into 30 acres of forestry. As the name suggests, it has two acres of landscaped gardens plus a two acre paddock with full use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi at Dumpledale itself. There are five bedrooms three double, two twin, one of the double bedrooms has an ensuite toilet and wash basin. The main bathroom contains a huge bath with room for two and a large shower enclosure with power shower. There are two seperate sitting rooms, a kitchen diner, utility room and seperate toilet. There is 1/2 acre of enclosed garden, ideal for those dogs not normally safe off lead, fencing being 5 to 6 foot all round There are also various outbuildings, stables and a bit overgrown vegetable patch which we are hoping to utilise for our guests in 2009. This property is ideal for two families to share. Facilities include TV and DVD player. Microwave, fridge, chest freezer situated in garage, full oil fired central heating plus a coal effect gas fire in the lounge.
